Data Deletion Instructions
1. Overview
If you want your customer data, account data, or conversation history removed from Traveller Umrah CRM, you can request deletion by email.
2. How to Request Deletion
Send an email to raman@travellerumrah.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include enough information for us to identify the record safely, such as your full name, phone number, email address, and any related booking or enquiry details.
3. What We May Delete
Depending on the request, this may include lead records, WhatsApp conversation history, comments, travel enquiry details, contact information, and related CRM history stored in this service.
4. Verification
We may ask for additional information to verify that the request is legitimate before processing deletion.
5. Timing
We aim to review and process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to operational, legal, and security requirements.
6. Exceptions
Some information may be retained where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, backup recovery, or legitimate business recordkeeping.
