Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Traveller Umrah CRM. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Scope
The service provides CRM, lead management, messaging workflow, reporting, and integration functionality for travel-related business operations. Features may change over time.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, limiting access to authorised users, and all activities performed using your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, abusive communications, unauthorised access attempts, spam, malware distribution, intellectual property infringement, or any activity that disrupts the service.
5. Customer Data
You remain responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and appropriateness of customer and lead data entered into the system. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to process that data.
6. Integrations and Third Parties
The service may connect to third-party APIs, communication platforms, and external systems. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, content, or policies of those third parties.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure events, third-party outages, and security incidents may affect availability.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the service, software, workflows, branding, and documentation remain with the operator or its licensors except where otherwise stated.
9. Warranties Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill.
11. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for security, misuse, legal, operational, or business reasons.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
